Apart-hotel “Belvedere Residence” was opened in 2016 and is located in the Becici village about 3 km away from the city of Budva. The apart-hotel is situated 40 m above sea level that gives an opportunity to all our guests to enjoy unforgettable views of the sea and surrounding mountains from terraces of our apartments. We have groupped rooms and apartments acording to congeliality of their main characteristics. We have described each type and posted photographs and room planes for your convenience. Each room and apartment is equipped with an air-conditioner, 42” flat SMART TV with satellite channels, a safe and Wi-Fi. At least there are kitchenette with a refrigerator, a teapot and cookware. All apartments with bedrooms are equipped with plates, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a teapot, the totality of necessary ware and accessories. In some apartments are a microwave oven, an oven and a dishwasher are installed. Bathrooms (some apartments have 2 bathrooms) are equipped with a shower or a bathroom, toilet accessories, scales and towels. Cases, hangers, wardrobe rooms will allow to place your things comfortably. The majority of rooms and all apartments have balconies, terraces or lawns with chaise lounges and beautiful sew views. The detailed description of available conveniences in the rooms is specified in the description in the section “Rooms”. Attentively look at the description of apartments, available conveniences, the plan – the scheme of an apartment and photos. Apartments differ not only in price but also according to the characteristics. Daily cleaning with replacement of towels and bed linen 2 times a week is included in the price of accommodation. There is an outdoor swimming pool (its square is 300 m2), a children`s zone. Guests can use a car parking (according to pre-order) which consists of two parts: an open parking is free of charge and a garage is paid one. Guests can eat in apartments or in cafes and restaurants which are located within walking distance. The cost of breakfast in a café on the embankment begins from 3 euros, complex lunch starts from 6 euros per person. Grocery shops are only 400 m away from the hotel. All food in Montenegro is not expensive and excellent quality. The complex of apartments stands on the second line that undoubtedly gives a number of advantages – relative remoteness from noise of cafes and bars of the embankment and beautiful views from terraces. The road to the beach won`t tire you, there is an elevator behind the building A. The road to the most beautiful and free beach will take no more than 5 minutes, distance is about 350 m. There are zones free of charge where vacationers can put their umbrellas, playgrounds and paid ones with chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach. Chaise lounges are usually free of charge till the middle of June. In July and August a set (2 chaise lounges and an umbrella) can be rented for a moderate payment about 6 euros per day. It is recommended to cross the road using an underground passage and then there is a good walking path to the beach. Beaches are mainly small pebble (you can see a photo of pebble size on the beach in front of our complex in our gallery). But there are also completely sandy parts of the beach. It is very comfortable for small children and descent in the sea is flat. Reception staff will help you to order transfer to the airport, a taxi, an excursion, rent a car or a yacht or organize fishing. Reception is not opened round-the-clock. But check in and check out are round-the-clock. If you arrive late, please inform us about your arrival time via Booking or send an e-mail to booking.belvedere.me including your booking details. Outside of reception working hours check in is done by a night porter (entrance is located on the upper parking lot). You will be given an envelope with an instruction and keys from your apartment. In the morning you have to bring documents (passport or ID card) of all guests to reception to make check in and registration. At reception there are contacts for round-the-clock communication with hotel staff. Guests who are booking through travel agencies should check that their accommodation is paid before arrival. Hotel staff will do its best to spare you the trouble and give you an opportunity to enjoy your holidays. Important information about registration of foreigners in Montenegro Managing company “Belvedere Residence” DOO Budva would like to inform you that we legally run business in Montenegro. Guests of our Apart-hotel stay legally on the territory of the complex and Montenegro. According to Montenegrin law every owner of real estate has to get a permit from the tax authority and the Ministry of tourism to lease out and run touristic business. Real estate which is used for guest accommodation must be assigned a category of allowed using by the Ministry of tourism. An owner of real estate must register all guests during 24 hours after arriving in the police and also insure them for all their stay. Managing company “Belvedere Residence” manages complex “Belvedere Residence” and Apart-hotel “Belvedere Residence”. Guests of Apart-hotel can use all infrastructure of the complex free of charge including a swimming pool, chaise lounges, sun umbrellas and a parking lot. The Apart-hotel registers all its guests on its own at reception. There are private apartments in the complex “Belvedere Residence”. Owners of some apartments lease out them. The managing company does not provide service for guests of private apartments and is not responsible for law observance of Montenegro by owners of apartments and their guests according to registration. Unregistered guests bear the responsibility in accordance with the state legislation. If owners of private apartments are in arrears with community charges and upkeep of common areas to the managing company, owners and their guests are not allowed to use the infrastructure of the complex till redemption of debts. The hotel is only 350 m away from the beach, it will take you 5 minuts to get there. The beach is considered as one of the most beautiful and biggest beaches of south cost of the Adriatic Sea. In 1935 beach Becici was rewarded a prize «Gran Prix» as the most beautiful beach in Europe.
