A charming 6 bedroomed Guest House with fantastic breakfast, warm welcome and an unforgettable experience, in the quaint, tranquil village of Arniston/Waenhuiskrans only 450 m from the beach and historical fishing harbour. All our rooms have extra length queen size bed, with down duvet inners. Our inner courtyard offers a refreshing plunge pool and loungers for those perfect sunny afternoons. We have a restaurant in the guest house which is open in the evening for dinner, we serve bistro/homecooked style food for our inhouse guests. Our geysers are solar, we have gas for cooking, rechargeable lanterns in each bedroom and lights in all public areas when the blackouts happen. We have continuous Wi-Fi powered by a UPS.

Arniston is a tranquil fishing village approx 210 km’s from Cape Town, on the Indian Ocean coast of South Africa. The village of Kassiesbaai boasts iconic white washed, thatched roof fishermen's’ cottages. There are pristine white sandy beaches, dotted with rock pools to explore. Prehistoric fish traps (viswyvers) made by the Khoisan strandlopers (beach walkers) still remain along the coastline. These stone built enclosures trap fish at high tide.

Breakfast is both a cold buffet with a huge selection of fruit/cereals/cheese/yoghurt/seeds/nuts, freshly baked croissant, jams & preserves, followed by a hot breakfast cooked to order. We have a restaurant in the guest house which is open in the evening for dinner, bookings are essential & we request that you place your order before 2.00pm on the day you would like to eat with us. Our premises are licensed, we have a great wine list & a fully stocked bar (beer, spirits etc).
