Green Room/ Privately The smallest, most intimate room (17 m²) with a large shower, overlooking the Cavalry School, double bed 160 cm. Eugénie Room/ View on Saumur & the Castle Walls stretched with fabric, large double bed. This room (23m²) overlooks the Cavalry School. Its bathroom equipped with a large shower, with walls covered with traditional Rairies Montrieux earthenware, whose tradition dates back to the construction of the Loire Castles, is very bright with its window opening onto the city and the Château de Saumur. Junior Suite/ View of the park or cavalry school Spacious and bright rooms as you dream of (48 - 51 m²), walls stretched with fabric. The windows open onto our park "à l'anglaise" or the Command Hotel of the Cavalry School "Le Cadre Noir", double king size beds (or twins on request). Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:30 to 10:30 am on the ground floor, under the tufa vault of the old very sunny kitchen in the morning and on the east terrace in season. You will find on the buffet a wide choice of drinks and a multitude of sweet and savoury delicacies, regional or homemade products, asini as well as gluten-free products. At your request, we can cook soft-boiled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or omelettes. You can also, if you are in a hurry or have a light appetite, have an "Express" breakfast served in your room (a hot drink, a fresh orange juice, a Viennese pastry and fresh bread, a yoghurt of your choice). The Bar The bar is open every day until 11 pm. The boudoir, the living-room and the music room invite you to have a drink and enjoy a peaceful relaxing experience within their « Belle Époque » setting. Share a drink with the birds singing on our south terrace as the sunset casts its last rays.
