Mouras Resort respektiert und ehrt die traditionelle Architektur und fügt sich perfekt in die natürliche Umgebung ein. Es besteht aus 5 luxuriös geräumigen, elegant eingerichteten, unabhängigen Maisonetten, die günstig im Herzen des Küstenortes Livadi gelegen sind und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, einer der schönsten und beeindruckendsten Buchten der Insel. Unsere Räumlichkeiten sind von Zitrusplantagen umgeben, die sich über die gesamte Wiese von Livadi erstrecken, und von der wilden Schönheit der felsigen Berglandschaft. Die unabhängigen Maisonette verfügen über ausgewogene und komfortable Wohnräume, eine private, weit geöffnete Terrasse, die von einem Garten mit lokaler Vegetation umgeben ist, einen geräumigen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Obstgärten und Berge, sowie einen privaten überdachten Parkplatz direkt neben der Residenz.
Die Lage des Hotels
Livadi is a small coastal village on the side of Chora hill, which due to its fertile land comprises of many orchards with tangerine, pomegranate, lemon trees and vineyards. On the northwest edge, at the "back" of the valley, lies the dam which collects the water during the rainy season. It forms an artificial lake that apart from catering the island's needs in water, can be a nice place for the visitors to walk and enjoy the scenery or to take the children to feed the ducks. In Livadi there are plenty of restaurants (tavernas), cafeterias, supermarkets, and often works as the starting point for excursions to the beautiful beaches on the west side of the island (Tzanaki, Mouras, Pappou, Agios Konstantinos, Vatses and Kaminakia). Right on the seaside road there is a bus stop for the local bus that operates during summer time connecting Livadi with Chora, Pera Gyalos, Agios Andreas (port), the airport and Maltezana.
