Das Hotel allgemein
The hotel occupies the left wing of a factory that is still in operation, on the site of PEGARD PRODUCTICS, a Belgian company that has been active in the field of machine tools and precision machining for almost a century. This project was born out of the need to increase activity on the historic PEGARD site, in the heart of Andenne, while maintaining and developing the core business of machining. It was therefore necessary to find an activity compatible with an industrial activity in a town centre. PEGARD HOTEL has 37 comfortable and spacious rooms (from 20 to 30 square metres), including 5 studios with kitchenette and one room with PRM access. All our rooms have a modern and industrial design. The local breakfast is prepared daily by a local artisan-restaurateur and offers products from Andenne or the region. PEGARD HOTEL offers the possibility of reserving premises. We offer 2 conference rooms (PRECIRAM room and FLEXIVIT room) with 20 seats, which can be individually adapted and combined into a room with a capacity of 60 people. Our premises are equipped for video conferencing, audio conferencing and multimedia projection. The rental fee includes drinks (coffee, water and orange juice) and we are at your disposal for any other request (catering, ...). The lobby also hosts temporary exhibitions.

Le petit déjeuner du terroir est préparé quotidiennement par un artisan-restaurateur local et propose des produits Andennais ou de la région. Des partenariats sont également noués avec des restaurants d’Andenne. L’Hôtel 3 étoiles souhaite ainsi soutenir l’Horeca de la région.
