The 4-star Diplomat Hotel is one of the largest hotels in Prague, the most beautiful capital city in Central Europe. The hotel, renowned for its excellent conference and business facilities, was opened in 1990 and newly renovated in 2007. The conference and business hotel is surrounded mainly by diplomatic residences and is closely located to Prague castle, the historical city centre and the international airport. Our new, spacious venue can accommodate up to 1,050 people on 1,600 m² of conference space and a 2,000 m² exhibition area. The largest congress hall can host 400 people at any one time. All our conference rooms feature state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, multimedia equipment, electronic navigation system and facilities for simultaneous interpreting.

The standard rooms are comfortably equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV with flat screen, DVD player, mini-bar, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone with voicemail and high-speed Internet. The superior rooms and suites are exclusively appointed and feature air conditioning, satellite and pay TV, mini-bar, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, in-room safe, international electrical outlets for 110 V and 220 V, data port connection, answering machine and coffee/tea-making facilities.
Gastronomie im Hotel
The Diplomat Hotel Prague’s restaurants and bars serve up the finest selection of Bohemian and international specialties and offer a wide range of culinary experience. There are three restaurants and one café in the hotel and you can even enjoy Japanese fare at the restaurant Katsura. Restaurant Loreta Loreta is a newly reconstructed restaurant decorated in rich, warm colours located on the 2nd floor, close to the Belvedere conference rooms and the new conference and exhibition centre. Two sides of the restaurant are open to natural light. It is well suited for buffet-style breakfasts, lunches or dinners for groups or for various kinds of private or culinary events. Capacity of the restaurant is up to 240 people. CD-Club Restaurant The CD-Club restaurant is open daily for breakfast for individual guests. During the day it is ideal for business lunches, dinner or a small snack. The restaurant offers delicious Czech and international cuisine in a casual club style. The terrace is open during spring and summer. For your convenience, the CD-Club restaurant prepares a special culinary offer every two weeks. The capacity is up to 80 people indoors and 40 people on the terrace. Opening hours: 12:00 - 14:30 and 17:30 - 22:30 Café Klimt Café Klimt is the perfect place for a cup of coffee or to sample the delicious assortment of pastries, cakes and ice creams at any time of the day. If you need a quiet place for a meeting in a luxury environment, you can use our separate corner in Café Klimt. Capacity is up to 60 people. Opening hours: 7:00 - 01:00 Restaurant Katsura Restaurant Katsura offers Japanese cuisine. It is located on the -2nd floor of the hotel. Here you can enjoy some of the best sushi in Prague as well as a lot of other Japanese specialties.
