Meine Schwester war 2 Wochen vor uns im selben Hotel und erwischten einen schweren Magen-Darm-Virus. Unserer 5-köpfigen Familie erging es nicht anders. Wir brauchten sogar einen Arzt und erfuhren, dass mehrere Hotelgäste davon betroffen waren. Einige mussten sogar ins Krankenhaus! Wir denken, dass es an mangelnder Hygiene gelegen hat. Urlaub auf Insel Kos - Ja, aber nicht mehr in diesem Hotel.

Dear XXX, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for choosing to stay at our hotel for your holidays. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. Kindly be informed that during this period there was a virus going on all around the island and we also had a few cases of gastroenteritis in the hotel. In all our hotels in our Group in cases like these we implemented superior cleaning measures on top of already stringent protocols we have in place. Hand disinfectants were available in all restaurants and single use gloves for the buffets were also given to the guests in order to eliminate the virus. Additionally our doctor was daily in the hotel examining every single guest that felt unwell and was giving them medical advice. Affected guests were requested to stay in their room for 48 hours and we provided them with all necessary food, drinks and extra cleaning.
