Wir waren ende Juli im Grecotel Imperial und es war sehr überbucht, ab 13.00 Uhr gab es keine frische Badetücher mehr für die Beach und wenn man Halfboard bucht, gibt es am Abendessen kein Wasser gratis zu trinken, man muss für 1 L Wasser €4.20 bezahlen, das ist mehr als Wucher! Hier geht nur all inklusive, ausser man geht oft auf reisen und man hält sich nicht im Hotel auf. Es hat einen Hotelshop, dort kann man sich das Wasser für €1.60 holen, am Besten nimmt man es halt selber zum Abendessen mit. Am letzten Tag hatten wir erst am Abend einen Flug, obwohl wir anfangs Ferien gefragt haben, konnten Sie uns bis am Abend zuvor 6.30 pm nicht mitteilen ob wir ein late checkout haben können. Leider haben wir keines erhalten, die Begründung war, sie seien ausgebucht. Ich finde es ist kein fünf Sterne Hotel Service.

den Kaffee musste ich mir am Frühstück auch immer erkämpfen. da kommt keiner freiwillig zu dir.

1Mal am Tag gibt es ein Aquafitness. Ach ja, im Gym muss man auch immer nach Wasser betteln, der Wasser-Kanister wird ohne geheiss nicht hingestellt.

Regarding the beach towels, they are already included in your room upon your arrival and you can regularly change them by aski8ng the beach staff for new ones. Regarding the price catalogue, allow us to explain that the taxation on luxury businesses such as 5* hotels in Greece is considerably higher than others and the price policy is established by our headquarters. Thus, we are obliged to follow the same legislation. Concerning the condition of the facility, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5 star quality of our resort. Moreover, we have already started a large renovation plan, that is going to continue and will reflect the absolute quality, that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are proud for.
