Alle meissten hat mich ueber Chef geaergert , weil jede Minuten in hotel present war, und seine Mitarbeiter auf Finger geschaut hat, und nicht mal die gaeste gegruersst hat! Wegen Aircondition beleuchtung soviel licht, dass schlafen nicht einfach war.Auf Balkon sogar VIP room koennten wir unsere Nachbar bis unterhose sehen, weil mit ein kleine glass scheibe getrennt war. Alle schlimste in restaurant nicht alle Tische zu geteilt bekommen, weil Villa oder High beach white haben diese plaetze reserviert gehabt.
Zimmer mit neue Ferniture ausgestattet, aber wegen beleuchtung von Aircondition sehr schlecht geschlafen.
Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, Atmosphaere war nicht gut.
Personnel waren Arrogant, und nicht zufrieden mit hotel.
Die fahrt zum hotel drei Stunden ( ankunft 22:00 Uhr.) Fuer uns haben ein larcherliche Snack vorbreitet

Dear Mike, Thank you for your constructive comment. First and foremost we would like to clarify that our hotel is situated 30min. drive from the airport with a private transfer. In case our guests choose a shared transfer, the drive can take longer. All our rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and pillows that is why we are sorry to hear you had some trouble sleeping. All new generation air-conditioning devices have led functioning indications, witch in any case are of minor lumen intensity the only way to avoid it, is by having the device deactivated. We would like to point out that one of our hotel's strong points is the friendly and polite attitude of our team. We would recommend that you read all the rest of our hotel's reviews which state it clearly. Furthermore, there was some kind of a misunderstanding because the hotel owner is not a he. Finally we would like to point out that we have a part our a restaurant dedicated to the adults only part of our resort, in order to offer A class services to our VIP guests. At the same time all our guests in High Beach have more than enough space to choose where they want to have their meals. We thank you for choosing us for your vacation. Always at your disposal.
