Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Die Anlage ist nett und sauber unser Zimmer eine Maisonette würde ich nicht empfehlen da die Klimaanlage sehr veraltet sehr laut ist und die Abkühlung der Etagen Räume nicht schafft.Das Badezimmer ist veraltet und unansehnlich noch mit Duschvorhang. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist das Buffet das sich nach dem dritten Tag ständig wiederholt. Die Betten sind sehr hart ,eine Bitte für eine weichere Auflage an der Rezeption wurde ignoriert und für Strandtücher muss man Kaution und 2 Euro extra für die Reinigung bezahlen pro Handtuch versteht sich.Für Gäste von 4 und 5 Sternen Häuser würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen ansonsten ist es ganz ok.

Dear Alexandra, Thank you so much for pointing out our excellent location on the sandy beach of Malia, our cleaning standard as well our attentive and friendly staff. We would like to assure you that, every remark from our guests is always a welcome and useful comment which is taken into consideration by us in order to enrich even more our high grade services. With full respect to your subjective point of view, please allow us to respond to your review. More particularly, your comment about our food, we would like to kindly inform you that all kinds of meat, vegetables and fruits we serve are fresh and cooked with local organic olive oil. The pastries are fresh and made in house. All the ingredients we use are being selected carefully and they have the approval of the Greek Ministry of Agricultural Growth and Food. The main restaurant offers on a daily basis more than 30 different recipes that differ day by day, more than 15 different fresh salads and we have a live show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have prepared a 2 week menu for the main restaurant so that the guests that stay for more than 1 week will not find it repetitive. We accept that it is very difficult to satisfy all our guests that come from different cuisine cultures. If you had informed us about your dissatisfaction with our menu, we could, in cooperation with our chef, change a part of the menu to your preference, as guests’ satisfaction is our first priority. With respect to your comment about the bed, we wish you would had contacted us on the matter one more time to solve it immediately. The next morning, after you expressed your dissatisfaction, we tried to contact you by calling several times in the room as well we left you a message to contact us again at the reception. In cooperation with our housekeeping manager we could provided you with a different matress. As our focus is to keep all our guests happy in order to enjoy their holidays, we will continue working on improving our high quality services with great enthusiasm and we will be more than happy to accommodate you in the future so that you will give us a chance to prove to you that we deserve better criticism.
