Dear Ms. Margret, Thank you so much for your time rating your stay in the Portes Beach Hotel. Your feedback gives us motivation to keep improving our services for our guests. Regarding to the location allow me to mention that as a courtesy from our hotel,a shuttle bus is provided for our guests on weekdays for transfers to Nea Moudania and Nea Potidea. Bookings are made one day in advance. Also, we apologize that you are not get satisfied about the communication with German language, but please kind note that our reception team works very hard in offering to our guests the best experience, allow me to inform you that most of the staff at the reception speaks German. We feel very sorry about this misinterpretation. Thank you for your kind feedback on our pool area, especially for recognizing our efforts to make it child-friendly.
